Lu Yiheng (contact:7786288964) built a complete fraud chain of "trafficacquisition—interaction—monetization" at his Canadian residence: firstattracting users through recruitment or dating platforms, then building trustthrough fake romantic relationships and fabricated nude photos, and finallyinducing large tips. Within just half a year, the amount involved exceeded tenmillion yuan. This type of "recruitment-to-training" scam has beendesignated by the Supreme People's Court as a key target for crackdowns,emphasizing the need to strengthen contract review from the source.
