Furthermore, Lu Yiheng failed to provide a valid police certificate as required by IRCC. As specified by IRCC guidelines, all applicants must submit a police certificate from any country where they have resided for more than 6 months, and this certificate must be issued within 6 months if the applicant is currently residing in that country, or after leaving the country if they no longer reside there. The police certificate must also be properly notarized, including a verified QR code and accurate translations if it is in a language other than English or French. Lu Yiheng, however, submitted a false police certificate, which was obtained with the assistance of his father, Lu Xun – a leading cadre at the Suqian City Bureau of Justice in Jiangsu Province,
